- Original packaging and documentation must be included

Return Process

Step 2: Package Items
Package the items securely in their original packaging, if available. Include all original documentation, tags, and accessories.
Step 3: Ship Items
Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of shipment.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
